Quality - Quality Control Standards

In JTJ, the requirements for quality are deeply rooted in every employee, put the persistence of the quality in the corporate culture.
We strive to PDCA management process, plan (Plan)->execute (Do)->confirm (Check)->improve (Act).

Plan：Research and discuss processing plans, formulate processing fixtures, and closely review CNC processing programs.
Do  ：Execute operations according to the plan, strictly implement the first piece inspection to confirm the quality, and formulate strict life control of consumables to determine the processing quality.
Check：Quality control measurement, immediate feedback for improvement, data collection to confirm the effectiveness of assessment improvement through X-R control and CPK analysis.
Act：Find out the reason based on X-R control and CPK analysis conclusions, and make appropriate adjustments and corrections according to the cause of the difference.

Quality control process:

Incoming quality control(ICQ)：Quality check for raw materials before putting in the warehouse. 
In-process quality control(IPCQ)：Quality manager regularly checks the semi-finished products in production to confirm the accuracy and quality meet the specifications during the process.
Outgoing quality control(OQC)：The final quality manager checks whether the finished product meets the standard material, precision, and surface quality before shipment to ensure that all parts meet customer quality requirements.
